Here we post details of key location types we are frequently asked for. Our daily searches are also featured on the ticker on our home page.
If you have already registered your property with our agency and it seems to fit one of the briefs it is highly likely your property is already being considered for the enquiry.

06-03-11 A major new BBC tv drama are searching for a large manor house that may have fallen into disrepair - the property would be shown changing over several decades. The house should look masculine, forbidding and very atmospheric. The shoot would involve a lot of dressing and time on site (perhaps 2 months in total). Shooting this July/Aug/Sept,. Ideally as close the home counties as possible but will be flexible for the 'right' house. emma@film-locations.co.uk

Live further afield? Then your location will need to have something a little special (worth the travel if the production are based in London). Perhaps your property is ultra contemporary; perhaps it has brilliantly large rooms; you might have an unusual style of building; you may be able to offer private roadways; it might be a chocolate-box cottage; you might represent council owned spaces and wish for them to be promoted. Again, please get in touch and we will evaluate what you have and whether it might attract this industry. It's worth asking the question regardless of whether you feel uncertain about the potential. We welcome the approaches.
