Traditional farmhouse style kitchen as close to Manchester as possible. This is for filming for a DVD for one day during w/c 29th March. Kitchen needs to be very traditional and unmodernised but doesn't necessarily have to belong to an authentic farm as exterior shots are not required. Ideally should have a real fire (scene requires a dog to sleep next to it) and also needs to be spacious with stone floors. Needs to be located no more than 100 miles/2.5hrs drive from Manchester.

For a WW1 Hollywood feature film to be shot end 2010,
Military styled locations dating from no later than early 20th Century, in London and home counties especially looking for locations that could play military barracks or veterinary hospitals.
Wooded area leading to open spaces and expanse of land that can be dug into.
Period styled farmhouse with stables and open fields - remote setting no modern elements.

Prison camp style location required for reconstruction for documentary. Bare, stark exterior area/encloure with barbed-wire fencing and numerous outbuildings. Required for several days of hire (tbc) during March. If property has a shack with bars, resembling a concrete prison this would be a bonus. Flexible with area.

Pub/bar needed for feature film. Must be available for a 2 week filming period, therefore an empty public house may be more suitable. London or just outside. Exteriors must suggest situated in a urban setting and the interior can't be too modern; feature film spans several decades from 70s 'til today so needs to be an area that could've existed for about 30 years. Filming early next year.

TV commercial company are seeking a huge estate (with private roads).
The key location is the beauty of the landscape through which a car can take a journey winding through the landscape (a helicopter will of course capture this!)

A U.S. feature film production (set in 1890's) are seeking three locations:
1. Stately home key reception rooms, ideally inter-connecting and a minimum of three within the same property
2. a masculine, panelled/original tiling/bath etc , period (1890's latest) bathroom
3. A very large church/abbey with impressive pillars and a real sense of large scale (crew, cast & extras would probably total iro of 300)
Shooting from Feb '10 and must be within M25 or closer to London

Abandoned, run-down & secluded location near stream/body of water. West London or Middlesex/Surrey/Bucks/Herts
For a drama filming for 1 day in January 2010. The building ideally should be an old mill but something similar will be considered; must be derelict and empty. Importantly this property should be near a stream and must also appear to be isolated - the more trees, shrubs etc. that surround the property the better.

Period prison cell in the home counties for feature film
Needed for Spring 2010 for several days: period prison cells for feature film set in early C19th. Doesn't specifically have to be a prison cell, can be undercroft, cellar, basement, dungeon, fortress etc that could be dressed to look like a cell. Mustn't look pristine; anything with exposed brick work, a gloomy atmosphere and imposing will tick the right the right boxes!

Large period properties in North Yorkshire
Required for fashion photo shoot anticipated to take place within next two months for 1 or 2 days. Large period location; decor needs must be period/historical and not over furnished. Georgian properties, faded grandeur is preferred however the brief is currently reasonably flexible and the client can consider more unique architectural styles such as art deco - anything older than 1930s/1940s.

Striking London property required for reality show filming in March 2010 - exclusive hire for approx 6 weeks.
Property with at least 3 large bedrooms needed to sleep 14 contestants (can share rooms). Large reception area(s) also required. Location should ideally have interesting and eccentric decor and/or unusual archtectural elements. Needs to have modern appliances/fittings. Must be in London - as central as possible.

TV company are seeking a primary school environment for 3 weeks starting 21st May 2010.
Ideally they would need exclusive access between 07:30-16:30. Working kitchen, gym (hall) and playground will also be needed.

A major television drama are seeking a very substantial stately home/mansion which would need to remain 'dressed' for 3 months (from Spring '10)
The property should be located as close to M25 as possible but they would be flexible with the right property. Ideally this would be a privately-owned home as access would be required for at one week per month.

Lots of requests for (within) London-based large (5/6 beds +) homes - contemporary in style but not too minimalist and with pale warm colours rather than all white! It must be the Autumn/Winter catalogue season....

A major television drama (series) are seeking several period homes (rectories to manor houses).
They must retain period features in order for the to be dressed back to the 1930's
The main proviso is that the properties MUST be within 30 miles (no more) of Pinewood Studios (postal code SL0 0NH)
