Television drama production are seeking two properties a maximum of 45 miles from Leeds
They should both be large country houses - both should look as through they could be a hotel (in the 1930's) with good period entrance halls and ideally a reasonably long corridor should exist on the ground floor.
Shooting for one day at each property, mid-end August.

Empty, slightly delapidated office space, not too modern, needed for event. Needs to be in London and should ideally have some office furniture scattered about. Could also be a space, e.g. within an old school, that could be dressed as an office.

Looking for an Atonement style country house for a photoshoot - this should be as close as possible to either Manchester or, Lyme, Cheshire
TV drama series are seeking a disused school or similar to base their production in for several months from Autumn onwards. As close to London/M25 as possible please.
The building should have a huge hall, ideally galleried with the windows placed high up. Corridors and other rooms will also be needed.

Property two: a pretty white boarded New England style country cottage/house with light, white, bright interior wall and floors

Large Edwardian family home retaining many of its period features internally and externally. Needed to play a key location in a drama filming this year. Lutyens-style architecture would be ideal. Ideally detached and un-modernised. Needs to be in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Surrey, West London, Buckinghamshire or South Eastern tip of Oxfordshire.

Feature film are urgently seeking - and it's a loose brief but think very, very substantial space with an extremely high ceiling - "a fairly cold brutal space with some real drama to it"
Shooting starts in the Autumn, the space would be needed for 3 weeks and they're flexible about where in the UK it turns up. This could be an ex factory space; unusual warehouse; an office development awaiting the bulldozers; an ex hq.....
Gentile country house needed within home counties for independent feature film.
Four weeks access will be required with maximum budget available of £25,000 for the period.
