Job Description:
– Identify, acquire and onboard new customers into the business
– Identify, acquire and onboard new clients into the business
– Developing all customer and client relations and sales opportunities
– Managing all customer and client communication channels, resolving queries and issues
– Producing and executing all outbound social and marketing material
– Determining the reasons for all successful and unsuccessful sales opportunities
– Being knowledgeable about products and services offered by the business
– Educating customers and clients on the products and services within the business
– Identifying and suggesting new product development opportunities
– Managing and cleaning the client and customer databases at all times
– Promoting a culture of growth and maintaining a positive attitude amongst coworkers

Key Skills:
– Strong understanding of the production of sales and marketing materials
– Confident and effective written and verbal communication skills
