FLEXIBILITY
All pictures are easily removed, suitable for personal styling. We are happy for decoration to take place as long as it is returned to existing state upon completion of filming.

We have three dedicated parking spaces, but could squeeze in a fourth. Very friendly neighbors so very likely to be able to use theirs too. We are on a very small cul-de-sac, about 200m to drive to a “no through road” where extra vehicles can be easily parked.

Due to location, background noise is very low.

Garage and two “spare” rooms can be used for storage during filming or dressed to suit the needs of the shoot.
