Studio 22 is a 750 sq ft natural daylight studio spread across two floors inside the Royal Victoria Patriotic Building, a Grade II listed Victorian landmark in Wandsworth, SW18. The exterior is dramatic and architectural; inside, the studio is a fully styled lifestyle set with multiple distinct rooms, each a different backdrop within a single booking.

Large windows on three walls and 5 metre ceilings fill the space with soft, consistent north light throughout the day, diffused, shadow-free, and predictable across formats without additional lighting.

Ground floor: You enter into a panelled room dressed with an armchair, small wooden bench and props, an editorial space in its own right. A styled curtain divides this from the main room: the largest space in the studio, with the highest ceilings, limewash walls, a curved boucle sofa, and a microcement white dining table with chairs.

Upper floor: A styled bedroom with a dressed double bed, vanity area, and a Victorian balcony off a large window. A separate kitchen behind a glass door, fully stocked with coffee, premium teas, and refreshments throughout your booking.

Clothing rail, full-size steamer, Bluetooth speaker, and props throughout. Free on-site parking. Maximum 15 people.
